hh the Yonge Street strip – very few restaurants actually succeed (except for Zanzibar and Brass Rail of course, but that’s self-evident) despite proprietors constantly setting up shop to introduce their cuisine to the traffic of Canada’s longest street.

710 Yonge has been death for about a half-dozen restaurants in about as many years - One of a kind Pasta, Casa Di Pasta being some of the more recent short-lived ones. Now, the improbably-named Asian Panorama (as there's merely one street front window in the place) takes a crack at it…
Across the street from The Church of Scientology, you can save your money from their brain washing exploits and instead opt for Panorama’s very reasonable $5.95 lunch combo with a deep fried banana and ice cream dessert – definitely more soothing for the soul than anything Scientology could offer.
Don’t expect to see Tom ordering the hot & sour anytime soon, however.
