ooking for a pre-game meal minus the riff raff from the local pubs? Arriba is in operating in full swing to facilitate your request! Don’t be deterred by the funky illumination and tacky bar tiling at this resto – let the former dinosaur design live in the past and embrace modernity. If you’re sick of eating pizza and wings in front of the TV during the game, outstanding views of the Roger’s centre during your scrumptious Southern Mediterranean meal await you at Arriba.
An appetizer of succulent House Marinated Salmon under a nest of fennel and apple melts in your mouth like butter (cliché but beyond truth). For a light lunch, the Citrus Beurre Blanc sauce makes Pistachio Crusted Halibut a must have. If you want to reward your lover for his handy work around the house, treat him to a game and a Braised Beef Short Rib dinner – you get two of these bad boys of Neolithic proportions (bring some tissues when the tears of joy start to flow).
Not up for a full meal? A variety of the ever-popular Tapas are on the menu for those who want to graze and gaze at the green field below (their Lobster Croquettes will replace the word corndog in your ball game fare vocabulary). Local condo dwellers rolling out of bed with a Saturday morning hangover will appreciate the buffet breakfast served seven days a week with the usual hot & cold and custom omelets to go. This unique dining experience is a quirky treat for those who don’t enjoy pub plebs (and their accompanying beer-guzzling behaviour).
