 uch like how everyone has a can of wd-40 in their life, everyone should also have wd~50 in their life as well. The Executive chef, Wylie Dufresne, paid his dues at Jean George and impressed the celeb-chef so much that he offered to open a resto with the up-and-coming talent.
 As a result, patrons have the luxury of taking advantage of one of New York’s best tasting menus that is consistently inventive and scrumptious. Such culinary combinations as quince yogurt, Bearnaise ice cream and pretzel consommé are examples of the unique creations that happen behind the swinging kitchen doors.
