Leasing a pair of Chanel, Gucci and Louis Vuitton inspirations can run from $25 to $200 per month.

Designer sunglasses are indeed a key accessory for anyone who wants a social life this season, with unique frames from designer lines from Gucci, Juicy Couture, Kate Spade to the new Jimmy Choo sunglasses. And shoppers keep close tabs on when Varvatos and Herrera launch their new frames. For this season, expect a refreshingly diverse array of shapes, with oversize frames, bright colours and a strong revival of ombre and dip dye effects as key factors. For men, tortoise shell frames, David Hockney inspired looks, and the iconic aviator looks continue to be the tinted eyewear of choice.

Be sure to pick the right glasses for your face; pay particular attention to the area around the nose, study the eye area, the bridge of the nose, and try to create an evenness with the frames. A simple rule of thumb is to look for something opposite of your face shape. If you are going to put something on your face, after all, you want it to compliment your well-tended style.
