If New York is a freezer, then just as many different varieties of ice cream shops have opened within the Big Apple since the summer heat wave descended on Manhattan.

With /Eks/ we have yet another froyo flavor hitting the streets in New York, but this time it stakes its turf in trendy Williamsburg. Oooohhhh. Note the equally trendy moniker that resembles the random occurrence of letters when you allow your hamsters to get literate with your keyboard. I don’t doubt that’s how this moniker surfaced.
