 im sum, Chinese food, Peruvian dishes for emphasis, more dim sum. Sounds like a good day of eating to me. After experiencing some building code delays, Red Egg has finally opened in Chinatown. But don't expect the typical digs of the area; instead of the requisite red and black lacquer décor, take a lunch break surrounded by hot pinks wall and charcoal windows. Three sections of the restaurant, front bar, back room, and low lit lounge make this a destination for a quick lunch, late night dim sum, and BYO dinners in between.
