 Although I don’t appreciate the title of a spa giving me commands, it’s hard not to give Just Calm Down points for originality. Every treatment is creatively themed, ranging from their signature Just Calm Down Swedish massage to the “Just Knocked Up” massage for pregnant women. Whether it’s fun or just strange is your judgment call. Everything here is about the customer, and they won’t let you forget it with little touches like letting you choose the music for your treatment.
If you’re the lonely type, you can spring for a Moroccan tent for two. Just don’t go while you’re hungry, because the manicures and pedicures are inspired by, of all things, dessert. Whether you opt for the “Mysterious Wisteria Lane” or “Laguna Be- otch”, you’ll be treated with all natural ingredients such as grape and lavender.
