ames Tu, the owner of this spin-off of Zen Palate is claiming that this new location is “just like McDonalds.” It seems like an model for an up and coming restaurant to aspire to be. To make things even odder it’s also a vegan restaurant. That’s right, vegan fast food. Sounds like an oxymoron, doesn’t it? Apparently not. It’s real, it’s in New York, and you’ve got to taste it to believe it.-P.B.
