he Water Club sounds like an exclusive elite group who taste fine waters from all over the world, discussing their density and viscosity. A group Al Gore would certainly like to demolish. Though this stuck up group probably exists someone in the world, it has nothing to do with The Water Club, the restaurant with panoramic views overlooking the East River.

The view is certainly what you would go for, considering this is pretty much pricey American cuisine. With simple choices such as Maine lobster, rib eye steak, and the like, you are better off going for a glass of wine and the view and ordering from the raw bar.
