Well, Fabrice Vautrin (Le Père Pinard and Les Enfants Terribles) and Fifi Essome (Le Père Pinard), the owners of the new Ten Bells decided it would be sweet to name their place after Jack’s hunting grounds. How nice. The Lower East Side wine bar carries a global list of fifty organic wines, sixteen of which are offered by the glass. A small plate charcuterie menu is available for pairing.
