Not quite a culinary experience fit for Indiana Jones (who likes Monkey Brain soup anyways?), but rather one for the more stoic and refined NYC crowd (i.e. no Han Solo rogue types allowed) that can appreciate New American cuisine. Executive chef cum culinary adventurer Brian Bistrong serves seasonal dishes such as sweet pea pancakes, wild striped bass and Halibut succotash within a casually elegant and handsome (just how I like my men) atmosphere.
