The people who brought you Union Hall and Floyd bring you The Bell House, a decent-sized music venue (capacity: 350; so big enough to bring all your friends, but small enough to imbue cred into the statement, "I saw [insert hip Brooklyn band here] at the Bell House last night. Boy, were they smokin'/stoned/overrated!")

Housed in a former, 1920s printing shop, the space was more recently, somewhat less romantically, a warehouse for a shipping company. Nowadays, though, the storefront serves as a (presumably hip) neighborhood bar, stocking a decent collection of local and micro breweries, while the back room is the one you need a ticket to get into.
