It's a play on words. Stout serves stout, and infinitesimal (well, plethoric at least) other beers, in a stout setting: bulky and massive. Though imposing, this very Irish, Irish pub (who says they're not imperialists? First the Free State, and now this) has lofty ceilings,
long rooms, and big post-work/pre/post-MSG event crowds of the tucked in shirt/khaki/sport coat set.
