All over the world, people consume spirits to celebrate any anniversary, wedding, party, or even just the end of the work day with a bounty of libations. This Italian trattoria emphasizes mostly on the latter spirits, though I’m sure some Italian ancestors haunt the kitchen to make sure that pasta sauce is authentic enough for their standards.
