Review by Ellen Jakobsmeier |
ith the success of turning away D-list celebs as the doorman at Bungalow 8, Armin Amiri opened his own venture with Sting and Trudie Styler to much fanfare. The Cuban pharmacy bar (both sell addictive drugs and elaborate cocktails) theme prevails over the space with the distinct black and white industrial tiles and the requisite seafoam green interior.
Hung over partiers can head to the café for delicious Cuban food (not that Amiri has even been to Cuba) and cocktails for that hair of the dog hang over remedy. Of course, expect a tough door policy, unless you’re on the A-list. -E.J.

Please don't waste your time or money on this place. If arrogant wait
staff, overpriced mediocre food, and poor wine lists are what you look for in a restaurant, then this is the place for you.
