used to play Turkey Palace when I was little. The game mostly consisted of molding a mound of mashed potatoes into a palace shape and sticking on windows and doors and things in the form of turkey bits. Savarona does Turkey Palace right. The new restaurant caters to a fine palette of Turkish palace food made up by Chef Tevfik Alparslan. I’ll have to drop in and pick up some pointers. –J.T.
