do enjoy the irony, either because the owners know that patrons won’t be noshing with chopsticks anytime soon or they are blatantly mimicking the Western inability to generally dine on Asian cuisine without American implements. But honestly, have you ever tried to eat rice with two wooden sticks? Nearly impossible.
This restaurant will serve a variety of Pan-Asian treats to diners that aren’t impressed with the nearby ramen offerings (*cough* Setagaya *cough*). Now Open. –E.J.
