 Hudson Valley Foie Gras Terrine or the Hawaiian Ahi Tuna Poké make for great appetizers and the Spice-Marinated Maine Lobster or Seared Jumbo Sea Diver Scallops are fabulous mains. Save room for dessert – Coconut Bavaroise or the classic Crème Brulee are at your disposal. We owe it to the Founding Myth of Paul Revere's ride for inspiring such a worthy American menu.
