t’s common knowledge that NYC’s street-vending scene is hefty competition for the resto biz due to the portability and inexpensive cost of said street meat. Though I proposed that five star restos should take their cuisine to the streets, the NYC Hot Dog Co. has the opposite idea and brings their wieners indoors.

The stylish frank shop serves up gourmet dogs to diners that like to lounge within the A/C environment of a restaurant and avoid the smog or the elements that can plague the outdoors.
