hat sounds like a quote from a DNB MC looking to pump up the crowd (think Goldie) is actually the name of a new French bistro opening on Bleeker Street. Though the cuisine won’t get your heart pumping as fast as any given purple “butterfly-stamped” pill taken at a rave, it does create a sense of euphoria that even mind-altering drugs would have a hard time competing with. A French take on curried chicken, is a stellar dish but with a limit of 40 seats, you’d better make a reservation tout de suite! Now Open. -E.J.
