One of the oldest Spanish restaurants in the city has been serving up authentic tapas since before the trend took over NYC’s culinary scene. Plenty of soccer chatter with glasses of Spanish wine is to be expected, and on weekends the second story space is used as a room for flamenco and salsa dances. -E.J.
