o this future resto won’t be serving up green cuisine, though a Dr. Seuss inspired menu would be rather interesting for the kids (and grown-up kids). LES Clinton Street Baking Co. and Resto team Neil Kleinberg and DeDe Lahman have signed on the former Nacho Mama’s space in the same ‘hood and hope to entice diners with an eco-friendly food philosophy that will ban foam containers and take on composting in order to help mother Earth.
