The food at most headquarters is quickly produced or worse - shudder - ordered in. I don't believe that I ever saw G.I. Joes or Transformers indulge in art plates. Like any good headquarters, this one has exposed brick, wood floors, and blasts of metal. HQ Executive Chef/owner, Terrence Cave (the Cub Room, Blue Ribbon) serves up gorgeous, delectable, subtly refined contemporary fare. It's fit for cartoon warriors and refined trenchermen alike. Signatures include the Spiced Skate Wing ($25), Truffled Wild Mushroom Risotto ($18), and Crisped Long Island Duck Breast ($23).
