In accordance with the name, it would be right to expect cold service with a tinge of iciness in your server’s tone. But if you’re into bad treatment (perhaps a S&M aficionado), then this Williamsburg restaurant is the spot. However, with the encroaching trendy restos that offer stellar service, it’s questionable if this restaurant’s existence will continue when the lease expires. Who knows, perhaps the owner could shoot to Soup Nazi fame? –E.J.
