What are two of the most significant personal adornments in history (Adam & Eve’s discreet fig leaf and Ancient Olympians Olive wreath crowns), have united to entice patrons with Mediterranean cuisine that employs these fruits of classic Italian, Spanish, Greek and French cuisine. A platter of olives from Provence, France to Kalamata, Greece is an excellent way to introduce yourself to the menu’s theme. For those wishing to taste every aspect of fig and olive infused cuisine, the antipasti tasting plate with prosciutto, grilled vegetables and olive mix and a healthy serving of Taggiasca Olive Oil is ideal or the Spanish tasting plate with manchego, fig jam, verdial olives and a dose of Aguibal Arberquina Olive Oil will also satisfy Mediterranean palates.

The entrées have a selection of seafood, meat and poultry plates but the true fig and olive enthusiast won’t be able to pass on the Fig and Olive Mediterranean Tasting plate: grilled chicken with thyme and artichoke tapenade, mushrooms, arugula, parmesan grilled lamb on rosemary skewers, bell peppers, Greek yogurt & honey, couscous salad with figs grilled shrimp on oregano skewers, tomatoes and a generous serving of Nocellaria Olive Oil. Phew! Request a vino selection from your sever for the perfect accompaniment to your meal and you’ll be soon dreaming of the Mediterranean.
