side from vegetarians, who says that steak chefs aren't artists? The adept bovine heaters at Craftsteak have a diversified portfolio of gamut running cow options. There's the cow next door, the suburban cow, the hipster cow, the Marxist cow (you have to share her), the white trash cow (ketchup, anyone?), the hippie cow (she's not the only cow vegetarian), the wise ass cow, the hooker cow with the heart of gold, and many, many other cow options, old and young. Craftsteak is steakhouse in the true sense, with different cuts to soothe and placate noshers of every ilk.

It's expensive… and with a large group of friends you will easily spend hundreds on wine, cocktails, appetizers, and entrees. I just recently discovered this place at my co-worker’s gathering, what a treat. Wines were different, not what I'm used to, but then again they were French. I enjoyed the Wagyu steak on top of a bed of creamed mashed potatoes. It was magnificently tender and a joy to eat. I would definitely like to visit this one again and try something else.
