harles Gabriel's CSSK boasts the finest southern buffet in the city. If you're going to go fried, you might as well do it well and gluttonously. The chicken alone is worth the trip to Harlem (if you already live in Harlem, then why are you reading this; go eat). Oh, the yams, the cornbread, the oxtail: wonderful. And best of all: it's ridiculously cheap. Eating at Charles's once a day and it's cheaper than grocery shopping (lettuce is for rabbits).
