hhh… the exception to the rule. While the rest of the city is obsession over Kobe beef and all that wagyu have to offer, those in the know are heading to Catch 22 that purveys the very best in bovine from South America (grass-fed Uruguayan to be sure). Argentinean-Italian fusion (think empanadas and paninis) is the theme of the menu, making the trek to Williamsburg more than worth it. –E.J.
