s one would assume from this resto’s moniker, this venue handles meat of the carved variety. Safe to assume this is a deli, Carve slices up pork loin and turkey which are then served on a variety of rye, white, whole wheat and other bread selections. If you don’t have time for a sit down pre-theatre meal (or the budget), this is an excellent way to save more money for drinks after the show. The steakhouse is a favourite among locals: a delicious herb-roasted beef with blue-cheese dressing and an assortment of toppings on a ciabatta. Oddly enough, thanks to the low-carb cult, the menu has adapted accordingly and now wraps the sandwich fillings within lettuce leaves. This begs the question of what to use to soak all that delicious sauce up.
