For the directional impaired, this resto has made it all to easy to find them tucked away in Nolita on none other than Bond St. Far from the English 007 menu that you might expect, this Japanese joint serves up sushi, sashimi and an assortment of other scrumptious raw fish treats.

Local designers, artists, models and the like trek over from SoHo for the wonderful Omakase menu that can run patrons quite the pretty penny (up to $120 for a tasting menu), which can be a problem if you aren’t among the rich and refined. The lounge area is equally enjoyable for a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, but it’s all about appearances among the über cool crowd so dress accordingly. –E.J.
