t’s a wonder how the beauty of translation can turn an ordinary word, say “mouth”, into an Italian restaurant name that one wouldn’t give a second thought about, such as “bocca”. The English language just isn’t that glam.
Alessandro Peluso and Salvatore Corea (both of Cacio e Pepe & Spiga) have transformed Ora into a new Roman themed restaurant full of pasta and those juicy tomatoes. The traditional dishes from the region will be on the menu, but so will diverse dishes such as the buffalo-ricotta fondue with shrimp. Also on the menu: delicious Italian cocktails that carry an equally weighty presence with the traditional vino offerings. All in all, patrons will find the dishes very mouth and palate friendly.
