Celeb chef heavyweight Alain Ducasse added a Manhattan Benoit Bistro to his roster (that already includes a Parisian and Toyko outpost) in the former LCB haunt. Drop in for a champagne cocktail and a duck l'orange, and be sure to munch on the boiled egg bar nut replacements. Benoit does French comfort food at its best. Now open. -MBO
