 he Upper East Side’s reliable Italian dining spot has fed plenty of locals looking for hearty cuisine in a kitschy atmosphere that’s big on personality.
 Follow the terra cotta tiled floor to your table and if you squint hard enough, you just might be able to picture following a cobble stone road in Rome to a local trattoria (but squint extra hard for Milan). From the menu, pizzas are baked in the mosaic brick oven and come out extra quirky with a selection of delicious toppings. –E.J.
