ew York mag calls the Beatrice Inn the new hipsteraunt of the season—can it be true? Well, with owner Paul Sevigny (yes, related to Chloe) Andre of Love Graffiti artist, who is also the mastermind behind Black Block in Tokyo and Paris and last but not least, Matt Bromcheck who is part-owner of Employees Only.

When you have hipsters running the show, it is no doubt going to be a hit with the hip. With Employees Only chef, Julie Jaksic at the helm, she is serving up NY style tradition with steak, Reubens, burgers on a Kaiser roll. Of course, classic martinis like the negroni, Moscow mule and an egg cream made with chocolate syrup, seltzer and vanilla vodka. That’s what I call a mixer set to destroy your taste buds. You should either be super hot or know someone who is connected because after the wee hours, it is red carpet exclusivity here. –AC
