nd what’s not to love? The hot Cuban sun, gorgeous strips of beaches, dancers with agile hips and lively music keep memories of Cuba fresh and pleasurable in my mind. I don’t remember much about the food, though, except that it made me violently ill for two days out of my ten day vacation. I’m sure the good people at Amor Cubano will rectify my experience.
Vivian Baquero and Maricela Calcines are the owners of Amor Cubano, hailing straight from the homeland themselves. When the average main goes for only $16 this forty-five seat eatery is sure to be packed nightly so book your reservation now. –J.T.

1 Reader Reviews | Overall a fun, funky place for dinner. The dishes are fusion, but, let's be honest, you're not coming here for an "authentic" meal.
The restaurant was bustling with what apparently was a sorority reunion of some sort. (But don't let that dissuade you from trying the place!) Dishes are served family-style, which worked very well because it gave us all the opportunity to try a lot of different flavors.
