f you’re heading to the City Centre for a night on the town and looking for a pre-theatre dining experience, Abbocatto is right across the street waiting for your reservation. Chef Jake Addeo serves up the best of Italian cuisine inspired from Naples. The typical Italian pasta dishes are invented with American ingredients creating a perfect harmony that pleases palates on both sides of the Atlantic.
The Cavatelli is a wonderful surprise on the menu - Ricotta Cheese Dumplings, Rock Shrimp, Rainbow Chard, Baked Ricotta Salata and Butternut Squash for that touch of sweetness. The Maialino al Tartufo Nero is a wonderful pork dish - Suckling Pig cooked in milk and hazelnuts, Umbrian Black Truffles and Chanterelle mushrooms that provide the dish with an earthy taste. Complete your dinner with a wonderful pistachio ice cream sundae and you’re guaranteed your tummy won’t be rumbling during the evening’s performance.
