After much success stemming from the small ‘Ino on Bedford, the Denton crew has expanded to offer Italian panini, bruschette, and tramezzini to the Lower East Side foodie crew. Usually rammed on any given evening, the location is double the size of the ‘Ino joint, and offers a stellar selection of wines until the late hours of the evening.
Relaxed, casual and intimate, the iridescent lighting, somewhat crowded seating, and massive windows looking out on Rivington allows passers-by to get a glimpse of the family-style feeling that this resto naturally exudes. Patrons with foolish grins on their faces, delighted to be eating the crusty yet tender panini and ordering glass after glass of vino to prolong the evening. Some notable dishes are the famed Truffle Egg Toast and Egg Salad with Asparagus tramezzini that’s excellent for sharing with your dining partner (provided they’re willing to do so).
