  he only thing more popular and exciting than spoken word is interpretive dance. Combine the two and you’ve got an amazing means of producing uncontrollable boredom in an audience. That’s why it’s so exciting that Tangente Inc is putting on not one, not two, not three, not even five, but four different spoken word/dance performances. The shows will be about humanity, dance, art, and life. Afterwards your can join the actors behind the theatre to chain smoke and talk about how every form of artistic expression other than spoken word is “shit” (or merde, if the actors are French…and given the subject matter, they will be). –P.B.
