 donis Flores was inspired by serving as a soldier in the Angolan War in 1989. You are probably thinking his photographs will be of a dark nature, full of tragedy and suffering. Not Flores-he takes photos of soldiers that are funny and amusing. For example one of his photos has a soldier lying on his back with a tree growing out of his mouth. In another photo there is a soldier sticking his tongue out which is camouflaged. If you can accept that someone created a humorous side to the war then check it out. –A.C.
