 hocolate lovers are a loyal bunch. Connoisseurs seek out their favourite brand as a wine lover would choose a vintage. For these chocoholics, finding the little storefront Les Chocolats de Chloé with newspapers over the window and a sign taped to the door. But there's no reason to worry: Chloé isn't gone, she's just on vacation. The storefront is though; as of September, Les Chocolats de Chloé will be opening in a a brand new location on Duluth Avenue.
The location may have changed, but the fare will be the same. Expect the same French-style delicacies made with Valrhona chocolate, often considered the best chocolate in the world. Aside from that, there are always around ten different creamy ganache fillings ranging from the simple (honey, caramel, raspberry) to the exotic (passionfruit, Italian Illy Coffee, five spices).
