 illow-mint sales must be nearing an all time high in Montreal as hotels of varying stripes continue to debut throughout the city. Now, you can add to the list of nascent ventures the Hilton Garden Inn. However, don't fill up on free maid snacks. Opening the week of August 18th, the foliage-friendly Hilton outpost brings with it a brand new in-house restaurant.
Circos, the 60-seat space helmed by Chef Dominique Billet, will serve moderately priced continental entrees, ranging in price from $11 to $39. Look for selections as cohesively disparate as Pizza and Rack of Lamb. Circos will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as offering a drink card to lubricate your business lunch or tourist day. Furthermore, the hotel will have an affixed apartment complex -- forthcoming in the next year -- which should add the onsite restaurant more of a neighbourhood/regular-friendly vibe.
