A large chunk of the pedestrian mall on St-Catherine Street, between St-Hubert and Papineau, has been taken over by artists displaying their work for the annual open-air arts bash. The one kilometre stretch of Ste-Catherine East will be laid out the greatest open air gallery east of Toronto. From July 2nd to the 5th, over 150 artists and artisans from the Americas, Europe and Africa will be united under the Montreal sun: painters, illustrators, photographs, jewellery makers, glassworkers, ceramists, digital artists, sculptors and serigraphs will please your eyes and mind on the BoulevART. Festival International Montréal en Arts is on from July 2 to July 5.

Also tonight, Five-time Grammy winner Buddy Guy makes an appearance at Metropolis. Buddy Guy plays Metropolis, tonight (Thursday, July 2).
