The 8th annual Expozine features a variety of printed matter – from books to zines to posters and graphic novels – in both English and French. Expozine has grown into one of North America's largest small press fairs, attracting thousands of visitors as well as exhibitors from across Canada, the United States and Europe. Besides, Expozine is an excellent place to find rare and interesting pieces d'art. Expozine takes place at Église Saint-Enfant Jésus on Saturday, November 14 and Sunday, November 15 More on Expozine here.

Just thinking about a whole bunch of books/graphic novels just lying around, kinda gives me the creeps – actually no they don't I just wanted to be silly as I segue into my little ditty about Toronto's The Creepshow. The Creepshow have been trolling the dirty back alleys and dive bars of Toronto since 2005. < The Creepshow's known for their multifarious blend of country-tinged, psycho-punk rock'n’roll and is comprised of: Sarah Blackwood, guitar/vox; Sean McNab, stand-up bass/vox; The Reverend McGinty, sermons/organ/vox and Matt Gee on drums. Enjoy the explosion of live energy that is The Creepshow when they perform with The Hypnophonics and The Dreadnaughts. The Creepshow performs at Le Studio on November 14 More on The Creepshow here.

Jean Leclerc aka Jean Leloup (and a lot of other names, are we okay, Jean? Are we?!) Maybe not as Leloup recently tried to 'kill' himself in order to rebuild himself - what a weird, weird little man/boy/creature... Leloup's colorful personality and eclectic style have made him quite popular in the francophone community. Jean Leloup performs at Metropolis on November 14 More on Jean Leloup here.
