Since inception, the resort's main dining room, Neomi's, has been perennially lauded. Now, its creative team, including Executive Chef Kurtis Jantz and Chef de Cuisine/local foodie blogger, Chad Galiano, furthers its reaches care of Paradigm.
Billed as a restaurant within a restaurant, Paradigm is not merely an extension of Neomi's. Instead, it's a freelance, have-your-cake-and-eat-it-too outlet for the folks behind the stoves. A weekly ad hoc dining experience, a separate table will see entirely novel concoctions served from a prixe fixe dining menu ($85). Having recently conducted a trial run, the project remains in its nascence and is still malleable.

Paradigm will take place on Thursday nights, welcoming ten - and only ten - diners for a tasting menu dinner. Despite the confines, the experience should be inherently inclusive (anytime there's chef interaction and communal dining with strangers, things get homey). Furthermore, as it continues Paradigm could welcome special guest stars from other area restaurants.
Though you didn't need added impetus to head to Neomi's - or the Trump - Paradigm, what with its limited-seating inspired desirability and proven pedigree, ups the allure. Naturally, book well ahead.
