hristopher Hampton's play, Dangerous Liaisons based on Pierre Choderlos de Laclos' 1782 novel, follows the sexual manipulations and of "enlightened" French aristocrats. You probably know it better, though, for the film adaptations, Dangerous Liaisons with John Malkovich and Keanu Reeves and Cruel Intentions with Ryan Phillipe and Sarah Michelle Gellar.
