Head to St. Catherine, where the closed stretch will be covered in grass. On this makeshift park will be a cycle-wear fashion show, demonstrations of alternative transportation, and other smug-friendly entertainment. If you feel like that doesn't get the point across effectively, head to Philips Square at 5:30 p.m. for a "die-in" at an undisclosed intersection.
