t’s been reported that a waitress at Ashton Kutcher’s 30th birthday party had Hepatitis A and may have infected a variety of celebrity guests including Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow. This has got to be the first time that Kutcher has ever given a Hollywood starlet hepatitis…well, though food anyways

Parking attendant Juan Luis Ochoa Anderson successfully sued Omar Sharif for punching him in the face. Sharif pleaded “no contest” in court and will be forced to pay $318,000 in damages and take anger management courses. Parking attendants all over the world are now expected to talk trash with every celebrity they see.

Sam Lutfi, a friend and occasional manager of Britney Spears, has been issued a restraining order that will keep him away from the popstar until March 17. Spears’ mother was responsible for the request, claiming that Lutfi had held Spears hostage in her own home, drugged her and took over her finances. Hmmm…Britney’s parents think that confining the singer to her home and controlling her finances is cruel now? How ironic.

Moby recently spoke out about his time dating Natalie Portman. Apparently, the aging techno guru has received the full wrath of the geek community as a result of the relationship. Speaking to Spin magazine, he said: "You don't date Luke Skywalker's mom and not have them hate your guts." You’d think the geeks would be thrilled to see that Portman was willing to date one of their own.

This week Sean P. Diddy Combs told David Letterman that he wants to move to Hollywood to become an actor, adding that he’s interested in “leading man kind of stuff; you know, jumping off of buildings." While P. Diddy was surprisingly good in both Monster’s Ball and Made, it’s very hard to imagine him as the star of an action movie. Well, except for the music video where he rap battled Godzilla of course. Now THAT was artistic integrity.

TMZ is reporting that former child popstar Aaron Carter (brother of Nic Carter) was arrested earlier today for possession of marijuana. Carter was allegedly pulled over by the police for speeding when it was discovered that he had two ounces of marijuana in his car. Wait, a former child star has a drug problem? How could this ever happen?
