rescent Street seems to be one long terrace running down both sides of the stretch between deMaisonneuve and St. Catherine. It can be difficult to define where one begins and the other ends. My favorites on this street are the grand old dames of the area. First, Winnies, I pick hands-down for good service, good people and a good sidewalk-side parade of passersby.
Thursdays, if you can stomach the often snooty and surly staff, is still great, especially upstairs to get a bird’s eye view. Honorable mention goes to Newtown for their street-level terrace, but more for their hobnobbing spot on the roof where the “beautiful people “ hang out and look down on the little people below. – S.C.

1 Reader Reviews | The second floor is much better. Downstairs where the club is its way to dark, dirty & don't even get me started on the smell. I thought it was a black club, when i walked in, lots of young wanna be gangasters. The service is bad, and there not to friendly. The bouncers look like they need to hit the gym. LOL Ohh & music, not impressed at all.
