New to the Monkland Village block, Vino Vin and Terasse offers some of the more adventurous menu items seen in these parts. Examples? Black bass bouillabaisse, chili aioli, chestnut cheesecake…I could go on, but I’m sure you don’t want drool all over your keyboard.

They also have a huge selection of wines that are exclusive and rarely seen. The perfect place to take a loved one who loves wine. –S.B.

As a wine connoisseur I find I am frequently perplexed by the simplicity of most restaurant wine menus. Vino, however, has put considerable thought into the selection. The range has been carefully chosen to bring not only excellent wine for reasonable prices, but for those of us who enjoy spending more, there is a superb array from which to choose. This complements completely the fantastic food menu.

    I recommend Vino unequivocally.

One of the best things to happen to Monkland Ave in many years. The food is great, the service fabulous, always with a smile. The atmosphere is intimate with great modern art on the walls. For me, on par with the Taverne for THE place to eat on Monkland, but with a better menu.

I was at Vino Vin and Terrasse on Monkland this weekend, the food was delicious and the service was impeccable. The mushroom risotto was one of the best I've had in the city! I highly recommend this restaurant.
