Aside from the chocolate (from 1,25$ to 2.75$), which are made by an anonymous Chocolatier in a another workshop and delivered every week. Suite 88 also serve Gelato, Italian ice cream made under the same roof, pastries (I recommend the outstanding pear-almond cake, witch is served in a large white plate with drops of 100% real chocolate, so you can dip your bites of cake in them!) and different coffees from which to choose. Ladies, this is the best place to stop after a long day of shopping on Saint-Denis, you’ll regain energy to shop all the way to Saint-Catherine Street! Especially during summer, Suite 88 offers you the relaxing sun on their terrace.

Although chocolate is not an aphrodisiac like the ancient Aztec believed, it does however contain more than 300 chemicals. One in particular, “phenylethylamine”, is apparently the one that stimulates the same reaction in the body as falling in love. So go ahead, fall in love with Suite 88 and I promise you the relationship will be worth every penny. - M.O.

I went to this place almost right after they opened, and have been returning constantly (it helps that I live just a few blocks away).
Whenever the weather gets cooler, I would be calling my friend to go there for our intense dark hot chocolate (sometimes with cayenne).
The $3.00-$4.00 per cup tag price of the hot chocolate is totally justifiable by the quality. It's like drinking liquid dark chocolate bars! You will never want to drink instant hot chocolate ever again.
Try also the dessert. They're to die for. Chocaholics, don't miss this place!
